Exhibition Description

In Between Presence and Absence

Sun Young Kang creates a massive installation by casting in paper, hundreds of vessels from everyday life. She explores themes such as emptiness, the visible and the invisible.

The Display Area Gallery at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre
This is the main installation space at the Centre, hosting Myth Making for Festival 2012, Solo Shows & Installations for Festival 2014, and Late in the Season for Festival 2016. For Festival 2018 there will be a large installation in the Display Area Gallery. Be sure not to miss the Gallery show Flow and the other group shows in the Corridor Galleries throughout the building.
