Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre is an old barn converted into a gallery. This stunning space joined the festival in 2009. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and gardens. This Common Thread International exhibition will be curated by Festival Curator/ Artist Gareth Bate.

  The Sculptors Society of Canada joined the festival for 2012. SSC is solely dedicated to the education, promotion and exhibition of contemporary Canadian sculpture. This Common Thread International exhibition will be curated by Sculptor/Co-Director Richard McNeill and asst. curator Sculptor Shuhui Lee.

Part of the festival since 1994, Sheridan Institute's beautiful industrial style gallery will be home to a Common Thread International exhibition in 2012. This year Festival Curator/Artist Gareth Bate will be curating the "Fibre Inspired" exhibition. In 2009 it hosted the Threads That Bind exhibition.

  Gallery West joined the festival for 2012. This Common Thread International exhibition will be curated by gallery owner Evan Tyler. This project space is intended to facilitate exciting new contemporary art shows in a wide variety of mediums.

  401 Richmond St. West joined the Festival for 2012. There will be shows in the Red Room at the side of the front entrance and the Roastery Coffee House on the ground floor. This building is a central arts hub in Toronto.

  Lonsdale Gallery is located in Toronto's Forest Hill Village and was founded by Chad Wolfond in 1995 as a gallery of contemporary painting, sculpture and photography. Since its inception the gallery strives to present works that elicit reactions and create a dialogue about contemporary art. Lonsdale Gallery joined the festival for 2012.

This prominent commercial gallery in downtown Oakville has been a festival venue since 1998. It is located right on Lakeshore Road. Exhibitions have included solo and group shows.

  Telephone Booth Gallery's primary focus is on the promotion of emerging Canadian artists that express a sense of integrity and innovation in their critical art practice. The gallery also exhibits senior and mid-career artists along with selected contemporary fine craftspeople and designers. The gallery is located in the Junction, a bourgeoning west end Toronto neighbourhood. The gallery opened its doors in September 2010 and is named after its mascot - a vintage 1950's Bell Canada telephone booth prominently displayed in the gallery's front window. Telephone Booth Gallery joined the Festival for 2012.
